About Jeff
I am a gym geek x 10. 

I love having access to 8 different gyms so that I can pick my fave place to work certain body parts. (Of course I had to purchase the perfect house so that I could have my home gym set up just how I want it.) 

And I am first in line at the IHRSA (largest fitness trade show), Convention 6:00am workouts so that I can geek out on the latest equipment. 

Oh yeah, and what I got for Christmas pretty much sums me up: a Bosu and replacement TRX for my home gym. Ha!

Going back to a year after college, a couple of buddies and I opened our first of 3 gyms, so I had total immersion into the gym experience. It was a blast on so many levels. 

One thing that I gleaned from the experience was the many ways that we can create positive exercise habits that can last a lifetime. 

And showing up is the most important part. 

It is challenging finding that healthy balance of life’s to-dos and self care; and I love helping guys find that sweet spot where it all works!
About Gregg
I started training with weights at the age of 13 and over the past 40 years, I don’t think I have had longer than a 2-week period away from the gym. 

My hours spent training have been times for me to establish focus, discipline and balance, which extend well beyond the walls of the gym.

I am a very social person and, while weight training is largely an individual activity, I have always loved that my time in the gym allows me to meet and interact with other people. 

The opportunity to learn from others and share experiences makes the lifestyle so much more meaningful for me.

The combination of wanting to positively influence others and the establishment of a good knowledge base is the genesis of the idea to start PowerupU. 

I love helping others reach their goals and hope to have the opportunity to do so with people embarking on our program!
